10:00AM-12:00PM=Lobbying Begins-Dispatch lobbyists

12:00 PM-12:30PM=Lunch Delivered from Byblos

12:30PM-1:00PM=Report Back

1:00PM-1:30PM=News Conference in Rotunda

1:45PM=Action Planning

3:00PM= Staging Room Closes
