Anti-Gay Assault in West Michigan School

WAYLAND - Triangle Foundation is investigating Tuesday’s brutal pre-meditated attack on a Wayland Union High School student.

In a statement on WOOD TV 8’s website, Police Chief Dan Miller said, “It was a pretty vicious attack on the one gal.  She didn’t know it was coming.  She obviously went down to the floor very quick and tried to fend off her attackers.”  The story went on to say that the suspects told the police that the girl was a gay-rights advocate.  The police have insinuated that because the video of the attack was posted on several websites, the attack was likely planned in advance. The video is available above.
