Roland Smith, Chair, Detroit
 A resident of Detroit, Roland oversaw the Public Communications department for the Wayne County Friend of the Court for over 25 years. He is affiliated with the Men of Motivation group (MOM) (formally men of color) He is vice president of the Government Administration Association for Wayne County. Currently he is a student of the University of Phoenix.
