Jackie Anderson, Treasurer, Midland
A Michigan resident since 1978, Jackie and her partner of more than 30 years reside near Midland. Jackie is a retired chemist who has worked for the USDA in California and Illinois, and for Dow Chemical in Midland. She has a BS in Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley (1969), and an MS in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana (1978). Jackie and her partner have a house on 10 acres in a rural setting.
They enjoy gardening and bird-watching, and a little bit of kayaking and bicycling for the energetic side. Jackie is an active member of her church, the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Midland, and serves on the board of Midland Area Homes. Jackie says, "Triangle Foundation has always been, and will continue to be, a vital leader in this necessary work for gay rights, respect and safety. I am extremely proud to be associated with such a dedicated and clear-thinking group of people."
